Sleep Number

I purchased a custom Sleep Number bed for $2,000, and was assured by the salesperson that it would be made to fit my bed frame perfectly. When it arrived, I discovered that the mattress was about 4 inches smaller on all sides, leaving a huge gap between the mattress and the frame (photos attached). It looks completely wrong in my bedroom and is not what I was promised. When I went back to the store, they told me there was nothing they could do because it was a “custom” order and final sale. They advised me to call the corporate office, which I did. I spent over an hour on the phone and got absolutely no help or solution. Overall, I’ve spent over $15,000 with Sleep Number between the bed and accessories, and I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. A company that big should stand behind their products and make things right for their customers.

This was a very comfortable experience to buy a bed of a lifetime. Kim greeted us warmly, told us about sleep number beds and the differences, asked what we were looking for, and let us try out a few. The beds are so adjustable. We even tried out pillows, which I had never before done when buying a new one. Pricing was very clearly explained; there was never any pressure and things were very clear in her explanation. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend this location and sleep number beds.

We felt very comfortable visiting with Mike. He asked us all the right questions about what our needs are and was not pushy at all. He spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and didn’t seem rushed. We highly recommend him if you have questions about Sleep Number!

Kimberly's customer service during our sale process was impeccable. Her product knowledge as well an intense interest in our sleep habits and needs was clearly demonstrated as she helped us make our purchase decision. Her performance absolutely warrants 5 stars; our 4 star review was compelled by what we feel is a somewhat excessively high price established by SleepNumber for their beds, adversely impacting our cost-to-value assessment.

We had a great experience at Sleep Number! Mike was extremely helpful and took the time to walk us through all the options. He explained the current deals clearly and never made us feel pressured. He didn’t try to push the most expensive models. Instead, he genuinely listened to our wants and needs. It made the whole process comfortable and stress free. Highly recommend working with Mike!
