Sleep Number

My husband and I already own a Sleep Number bed, which we love. We decided to buy two more, so I compared Google reviews for all the Sleep Number stores in the Denver area. The highest scores were for the Broomfield store, and almost all mentioned store manager AJ, so we asked for him when we arrived. AJ deftly answered all our questions, which got complicated at times because we were also purchasing a new frame for the older mattress. While we were there, AJ also helped a wide array of other people, each with their own questions and concerns, and he met everyone with kindness, honesty, and an instinctive ability to understand their needs and help them decide what would best serve them. The store was busy due to the Memorial Day Weekend sale, but everyone received the time and attention they needed. Highly recommended!

We were assisted by the manager, AJ, when we were there. Despite some initial friction, they really did listen to our feedback when working with them to give us the necessary space to make informed decisions. Overall I really think they helped give us the information we needed to best assist our decision making process without introducing unnecessary information or pushing some other product pretty for the purpose of sales. This store is in good hands.

Salesman was great. Very clear and patient and answered all questions we had. Loving the mattress so far and will recommend sleep number to anyone who asks, and a few people who don't.

We had such a great experience at Sleep Number! AJ at the FlatIron Crossing store in Broomfield, CO was awesome. Super knowledgeable and patient (multiple visits and phone calls), and really took the time to help us figure out which bed (i10), adjustable base and pillows worked best for our sleep styles. Helped us out with a great financing deal too. The store was clean and organized, which made shopping easy and stress-free. Thanks to AJ, we left feeling confident we picked the right setup for better sleep. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for him if you’re in the market for a new bed. Note: This review is just for the shopping and ordering process. The bed has not been delivered yet.

Went in to buy an adjustable base. Ended up buying a whole new bed. AJ (EJ) sorry I don't remember specifically, the representative who helped us was very friendly and helpful. He remembered our account from years past and understood our health issues.
