Our shopping experience at the Sleep Number store was fantastic. Ken was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and explained all of their product offerings in a very understandable manner. We have never been more excited about a mattress and can't wait for it to arrive.
View on GoogleWe were not given the hard shell, which I appreciated greatly. Ken was polite, friendly, funny, Informative, and showed me all the options, explaining as best he could. The only reason he didn't get five stars is because we had to wait for a long time for the technology to work correctly. Their computer system was down and what should've taken 10 minutes took an hour period we wanted to leave in time to miss rush-hour, but that didn't happen. So no fault of Ken is, but your IT people should get their act together.
View on GoogleWe like the bed but the sales person didn’t know his audience well and make comments that were not appropriate for the situation. Also the delivery damaged some molding in our house and we filed something with sleep number and they said we would hear from the local person within 24 hrs. It has now been several days without any contact. Not impressed with customer service especially if we have issues in the future.
