Sleep Number

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of working with Ronnie on selecting a bed that fits all of our needs, Dee has some health issues. The bed she helped us pick out has been absolutely amazing. Just last night she recorded her best night of sleep she's had in a long time. I love that it tracks our sleep and helps us make better decisions concerning our sleep habits.

This review reflects my experience with customer service. We purchased a setup 1 year ago that involved 2 beds, the furniture from Ergo Motion (multiple calls over the year on issues to correct setup problems, to finally get someone out to do nothing but disappear, and could never get in touch again; we gave up), with pillows and sheets (Total package = nearly $15K). Now, needing to have it disassembled to relocate, we have had multiple problems with customer service, finally to get a quote for $1500 to disassemble and reassemble 3 peaces of furniture (that doesn't include moving it). The bed is nice, especially if one had certain medical issues, but the customer service is lacking completely. That cost is embarrassing for the company to operate on such a deplorable manner. It's a scam. There are other brands out there. Reasoning, is because it was not sold to us that way. We were told if we ever needed to move it was $250 fee. Flat. Nothing else. The company will sell you the moon, but take away the sun. Hope you don't need it.

By luck, my husband and I stopped in last week because NFM has odd hours and was closed. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Ronnie. She did an amazing job answering all of our questions, even some off the wall ones, and her customer service was beyond reproach! Highly recommend working with Ronnie as you navigate theiugh the various products sleep number has to offer. I can't comment on the products yet, tba at a later date. The 5 star review is strictly for Ronnie.

We had a really good experience buying a bed here! He helped get us the best price and explained everything really well.

Had a GREAT time buying our new Sleep Number bed with Mary!
