Sleep Number

Went in to replace our 20 year old sleep number bed and were helped by Ronnie. She was wonderful and walked us through the new improvements on the beds. She researched our old bed and showed us the current edition.

We replaced a pillow that was 6 years old, and also purchased a "spare". FYI, for those of you who need a special pillow? Buy a bright colored pillowcase. It might help you remember which one.is yours.

We had a sleep number mattress delivered and set up. The people were fast friendly and knowledgeable. I also have a four year old mattress that is still under warranty. You have to pay for service, I just need o rings the store doesn't have them or carry them the delivery guys aren't allowed to carry them. I called service and they said they are sending them it's been a couple of weeks. So sales is great. service costs. delivery guys are great. Call center service is lacking.

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. I specifically asked them if there was any penalty or charge if we decide we dont like our overpriced air matress and the guy said no its a risk free trial... then they're trying to charge me to have their people come take it away. The question i specifically asked was if we dont like it the only money im not going to have returned to me is the mandatory setup fee which is also stupid, and the sales person said yes that is correct. Argued with the store and customer service for weeks before I finally had to dispute it on my credit card which worked. Might be a good bed for some but do yourself a favor and try any of the better and cheaper beds that will give you a full refund for real if you dont like it because theyre confident in their product. We ended up with a purple matress after trying 5 others. See below their copy and pasted response about their policy that they lie about when asked directly

Ronnie was absolutely amazing to work with...she was fun and didn't add any pressure to our decision. We can't wait for our new mattress to arrive!
