Sleep Number

I have a sleep number bed but needed a foam mattress pad topper. I stopped in to check out what Sleep Number offered and I really like the mattress topper I purchased. I also like that I wasn't feeling pressured to buy anything and the sales lady answered all my questions.

So far so good 😁. I just purchased one I believe and hope 🙏 it’s the right fit and investment for the amount of Dollars that left my Bank Account. Tanner, the sales rep. Was very patient and answered pretty much every question I ask. Haven’t received the bed yet. But as far as the initial walk in experience. It was more than expected. Let’s just hope the rest of this journey is as welcome. I’ll update the experience to come later when bed is here and installed

Had a wonderful experience here. The Store Manager did a great job helping us. She asked about our budget and only showed us beds that met our budget and didn't try selling us on more than we needed/could afford. She answered every question we had and was very professional and treated us like we were buying the best bed they sold even though she knew from the start we werent.

if I could give zero stars I would. Typical big corporation. The sales people WILL NOT explain or even bring up Warranty with you. The LIMITED warranty is over with after 1 year. With all the moving parts and things on the beds that they sell it should have a much longer warranty than what it has. Their beds are simply glorified air mattresses. We bought a Tempur-Pedic from a LOCAL company down the street. Much better service, and the gentleman working there knew much more about beds and what he was talking about.

My sleep number bed has been a problem since we got it. It took over 6 weeks to get the bed delivered. The remotes don't work. You must use your cell phone to make it work. It requires regular upgrades which causes problems as well. Even with all the problems, they would not take the bed back. This bed is not worth it.
