Sleep Number

Everything was a great experience. I bought the works during the sale. But I was annoyed after I bought the Mattress, adjustable frame, bedding package, headboard etc etc. Then they charged me for the brackets to attach the headboard to the frame. Come on that was NOT to classy. Great salesman though. Friendly and very knowledgeable

Our salesman Mike was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable with all the features and explained everything in detail. He gave us time to think and then came back to see if we had any other questions.

Marilyn was awesome to deal with and was very detailed in all the information we needed. Thank you Mike and Erin Powell

Michael took extra time to explain how the system worked and let me experience different settings. It was a great consultation and I feel confident about referring my friends and family

My wife and I stopped by this Saturday afternoon to look at some new mattresses since ours was getting pretty worn out. Mike greeted us at the door and helped us through the whole process! We started with a sleep test to find our best “Sleep Number” and pressure points, then he helped us both find the best fit for each of us and then showed us options that Matched our price point perfectly. I’ve done Customer Service/sales my whole career and not once did I feel pressured to buy, he helped us solve our problem and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and funny. We purchased a new mattress with a fantastic payment schedule and we can’t wait for it to come in! I’ll recommend Mike by name to anyone looking to sleep better and not break the bank!
