Sleep Number

Worst purchase of my life… honestly. Horrible, uncomfortable mattress (it’s nothing more than a, poorly made, air mattress)! The sales rep in the store (very nice guy) said “if you don’t like the mattress, simply return it within the return period.” I assumed he meant the whole purchase, mattress, frame, remote, etc. What he did not say was that the mattress, which was only $2000, of the close to $7000, that I spent, was the ONLY thing that could be returned. Called customer service and they told me that I should have read the contract. Too true, but I’m shocked that a business can get away with such deceptive practices. A $5000 lesson, learned. I only hope I can save other people from what I went through. Wish I’d read the yelp review “before” I bought it. I’m sure that I’ll get the same comment from their support team with “sorry you had a bad experience, you should have read the contract, contact customer service … “ He responded to all the 1 star reviews with the same message. If you like sleeping on an air mattress, get one for a few hundred, from Costco.

First time buyer. But Kurt made this very very easy. No pressure on buying, gave all options available and gave the best deal he could give us. Come here for new mattress

I purchased a sleep number bed, in the hope it would benefit my back, it does not. I feel like I am using muscular effort all night to keep from rolling toward the middle. This does not change from adjustment of air pressure. My back is in worse shape. Add to this customer service telling me it takes 30 days says science, "to break in my back"! So they keep my money, and I store their garbage for a month...To top it off, after spending $1418.61 for the item, I will get back only $845. After all the shipping charge is removed.. This company sucks, as does their product. When on "my number" 35, were I to sit on the bed, my behind would be on the frame. Don't do it. Expensive, painful, disappointing, infuriating, experience.

When you’re traveling and forget your favorite pillow, you stop by a sleep number to get yourself one and everyone lived happily ever after!

Excellent service.... this is my 2nd sleep Number Bed ❤️ it
