I am very happy to leave a review for Sleep Outfitters. We shopped several mattress stores and found Tim King at the Canton Belden location to be the most knowledgeable, most personable salesperson to deal with. As a matter of fact we thought he would be perfect for training new sales associates. He was wonderful and we ultimately bought our mattress needs from him and highly recommend him.

My wife and I came into the store with about an hour until closing. Tim took his time with us, was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and when I made it clear we were not ready to buy that day, he didn’t treat us any differently. Not once did i see him check his watch or feel like he was hurrying us along so he could leave on time, though we wouldn’t have wanted to keep him there later than that anyway. The way we were treated left an impression on me and when my wife and I decided on the bed we wanted a few days later I called Tim at Sleep Outfitters to place the order over the phone. The mattress we wanted was not in stock but Tim was true to his word and it arrived when he said it would, keeping me informed along the way. The delivery guys showed up the next day, brought the new mattress in and hauled away the old one. They were courteous, respectful and efficient. And the mattress is amazing. All around it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Tim and Sleep Outfitters for anyone I come across in need of a mattress.

This is the first time I purchase mattresses on my own and I’m so glad I came here. Tim took great care of us, he was informative, professional and throughout, gave me a lot of helpful tips and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted while staying within my budget. I highly recommend this store, they have plenty of options and pretty good deals.
