Sleep Outfitters of Fairlawn

A BIG thank you to Michael at Sleep Outfitters! We were looking for a bed for Mom who is 91 and moving into assisted living. He was very well versed with all the options and advice we needed to make an informed decision. Service was great! I’ll be back soon for my own bed! Thank you so much - I appreciate your assistance and care.

The experience was overall fun and enjoyable and getting things customized based on our sleeping methods. Michael was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses but especially the cooling mattress with the science behind it! Super amazing experience and would highly recommend anyone to go to Sleep Outfitters in Fairlawn and ask for Michael!

I had a truly wonderful experience. Laura was incredibly patient and genuinely attentive to my needs, taking the time to listen and make thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. What really stood out was how personal she made the entire process—she went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported every step of the way. I was coming out of a difficult situation and had been sleeping on a broken air mattress with my dog, so this purchase meant a lot more than just buying a bed. Laura understood that and did everything she could to help me find the right solution at a manageable price point so I could finally get a great night’s rest again. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism I experienced, and I would absolutely recommend this company, especially Laura, to anyone in need of not just a mattress, but truly compassionate service.

I bought a great bed from Laura here today. This is a great establishment and every bed is fantastic, I found the best one for me. Please definitely give her a raise and a promotion, this place is fantastic and I'm going to recommend it to everyone the needs a new bed. Thank you for your business.

This was the single greatest shopping experience I've ever had. Mike was so incredibly helpful and attentive, with a great attitude and infectious sense of humor throughout of our visit. He had us trying out everything possible to make sure that we had our comfort levels met and our pricing satisfied. We came in looking for a couple of guest mattresses, but he showed us the splendor of some top-quality replacements for our regular mattress that blew me away. Mike was the most joyful and pleasant salesperson to work with as we waffles back and forth between choices. He was also quick to point out pros and cons and adjust according to our needs. I will definitely be back when it's time to buy another mattress or any accessories. Mike's honesty, candor, and great sense of comaradery made this trip a breeze and a pleasure. I cannot recommend this store and its amazing workers enough. (Well, I only met Mike, but if he's any indication of how things are run here, that's a great sign!) In short (though it's a bit late for that), you'll get a low-pressure, delightful, and all-encompassing experience that helps you get the sleep you need and deserve!
