Sleep Outfitters of Clarksville

Updated: Additionally, I hoped the return-and-try policy would be a bit simpler for getting a replacement mattress, since the previous one was uncomfortable after about 69+ days. The process was not ideal. The price also went up on the newer mattress. It'll do. I stopped by Sleep Outfitters after hearing about their customer service and decided to see for myself. I learned a lot about mattresses and realized many people are actually sleeping on the wrong one, which can affect sleep quality. What impressed me most was the bed system that maps your pressure points while you lie on your back and side. It shows which mattresses in the store might work best for your body. I had three options, and the associate suggested one more — which turned out to be the one I loved. I bought a queen mattress and box spring, along with two side-sleeper pillows, and they even included a free set of sheets. Delivery was on time, professional, and they called before arriving. You also get 30 days to try the mattress, provided you use a mattress protector. I’ve been sleeping peacefully ever since. I also previously ordered a mattress from Wayfair, and honestly, it doesn’t come close to the comfort I’m getting now.

Jessie Strother was our sales person. He guided us through the the floor to select the matress that best suited our budget. He patiently explained the makeup of the mattress so we could best choose the firmness that we like. He did not push us during our time of making a decision. He even gave us a better walk away price than the original one. Was our first mattress in years and what a wonderful buying process with Jessie!
