Sleep Number

We had a great experience today at the Sleep Number store. We worked with Codey, and he was awesome from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through all the different beds, explained the features clearly, and helped us figure out what would work best for us without making us feel pressured. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new bed.

I bought a Sleep by Number bed in May 2024 and my fiancée also bought hers in January 2025. We’re selling both our individual beds and purchased a new climate 360 with the headboard accessories. Our salesperson, Codey, was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and didn’t pressures us toward a particular model of bed. He continued to patiently answer all of our multitude of questions with a smile. We highly recommend Sleep by Number store that represented by quality personnel such as Codey. He made our experience pleasant and none stressful. He remembered us from both our separate purchases years earlier.

Jesse did a great job helping us find a mattress. We’ve needed an upgrade for a long time. We ended up choosing the beauty rest black. Excited to get it delivered! Thanks for everything!

Michael was an amazing salesman! Very knowledgeable on the Climate360. Me and my wife love the cooling pillows. We can't wait to receive the bed! Thank you so much!

This is our 2nd bed we bought and wanted to exchange it for a split head. We purchased a pSE mattress with the 360 base. We are in our 100-day trail, Purchased all of this 30 days ago. We they failed to tell us is the whole scenario is crap because they discontinued this product. So now they want me to purchase a new frame if I want to exchange my mattress. so now im stuck i will not buy from them again i spent over 7000.00 worth of beds from them. Then called customer support to talk to a supervisor so rude said i could get a new base for re stocking fee of 500.00 for something discountinued really what a rip off. So you said call your 800 number I did and still no satisfaction like I said, I will never buy another bed from Sleep Number. They don’t care about their customers. i did call they want 2600.00 to exchange it so im not spending more money
