Anyone who has ever read my reviews will know, only five stars goes up. If you’ve got nothing nice to say, say it to someone who matters, not online. You never have a second chance to make first impressions. From the time my wife and I entered the store we could tell, this wasn’t a typical mattress store. The entry is set up in a welcoming, clean, professional manner and an air of sophistication not commonplace for a mattress seller. We were greeted with a smile and inquires were made about, firmness, sleep style and multiple questions to narrow our search and save us time. Several options were offered. One option was rather pricy and though we liked the mattress our sales person still showed us a less expensive option. Another uncommon practice. We went with the comparable less expensive model. We tried several different pillows and eventually received a BOGO on them. In addition we purchased some really comfortable sheets and were given a waterproof, stain proof mattress pad. Delivery came for free… THE NEXT DAY. No not six weeks later at $250, the very next day. After this experience, I have no doubt these guys will still be open when this mattress wears out, cause I will be back and recommend others as well.

Manager was nice and courteous. He did everything and more to make sure I got every discount to save money. Amazing selection from ,$ to $$$$.

My experience at Sleep Outfitters was phenomenal. I was pleasantly surprised and so glad I didn't shop online. The mattresses were on sale and very affordable. The sales professional, Alexandria Villaneuva, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions and made perfect recommendations. Alexandria took excellent care of me and wanted to make sure I had the best possible experience. I highly recommend Sleep Outfitters. The Mansfield store was inviting and smelled amazing.
