Hi! Nick started off helping me, very friendly and informational as far as what was on sale, and talked to me about what I was looking for.. I left and pondered and finally came back Where Madelyn helped me (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) she was very welcoming, she helped me decide on a color, weigh options, and ultimately decide on the perfect chair. She checked inventory for me, explained the set up process of the furniture once it came in and was overall an amazing person to work with!

Lisa Bostick greeted us and helped us immediately. She was not pushy but very available when we had questions. She was absolutely amazing in helping us pick out our furniture for our entire living room. She was so likable and easy to work with! I highly recommend the Ontario store and especially Lisa!

Lisa helped me today. She was knowledgeable about the product (recliner) that I was interested in. I did not feel pressured. She answered all questions and was absolutely helpful. I did purchase the recliner and she was efficient in getting all paperwork completed. A great experience, can’t wait for the phone call that the recliner has arrived and I can pick it up. Lucas at Furniture Row was amazing to work with! He helped me custom make my couch exactly how I wanted it and made the whole process so easy. He was super helpful, patient, and really knew his stuff. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out — highly recommend asking for Lucas if you’re shopping for furniture!

The sales lady Lisa was amazing. She was very professional and helpful. If we lived here we would be back. The loader Sam was amazing also he was very helpful and patient as we tried to figure out how to load everything in the back of the truck.
