ABC Warehouse

Moving into first home and went to look at different things there. Shopping and buying process was easy. Paid for very expensive warranties as well after being convinced. 3 attempts into using the washer and it doesn't work. Won't drain or spin. We call to exchange and we're met with a very rude woman named Ashley. Didn't want to help, didn't explain the process just told us have whirlpool come out and look at it. Why would we pay for someone to look at it when we just bought a brand new washer with a very expensive warranty??? Ashley just shouldn't work there anymore. She was very rude and very judgmental both times we had any experience with her. We call again hoping to get someone else and luckily we do! Conner helped us file a claim with whirlpool and explained the process to us! He was very understanding and helpful the entire time! If you are going to abc warehouse I highly recommend Conner!!!

Had an amazing experience with a young woman named Ashley, she was very kind and knowledgeable about the product and the warranty for all the product they offer. Explaining in great detail the process of using the warranty, and contacting the manufacturer if there are any issues. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and neighbors

I went in to buy a washer and dryer I had them picked out but I decided to ask about their selection and I am glad I did because the ones I wanted were small so I got a little bit bigger ones. The sales people were awesome in getting me all checked out and set up for delivery for the next day!! Awesome job Mansfield ABC Warehouse!!

Customer service is very poor i spoke to an employee named Ashley on the phone about a warranty and she was very unhelpful she tells me i need to call whirlpool and have the come out and fix my washer and that she can not help me then hangs up the phone on me. Then me and my girlfriend called back and was greeted by Connor who was very helpful he got all my info and helped set up an apt for whirlpool to come out and fix my washer. Telling me that i have a a warranty with whirlpool I give Connor a 5/5 for customer service was very nice and help full

I see a lot of one-star reviews on here 😡 Although the guy was very nice and play on the phone it did not help. My failure I didn't read the warranty. It clearly states you only have 30 days to turn in a problem, they didn't tell me I only had 30 days but it was written in a warranty papers that I never looked at I feel that the salesperson and when I called and told him I had a problem I should have been told I only have 30 days to get this taken care of I was not able to at the time and that's not fair to me therefore I gave him one star I'd give them 0 if I could. I have spent over $12,000 with this company in the last couple years I will no longer do that! I suggest everybody not do that 😡 I now have the best furniture that they sell at my house that is broken. If anyone knows who repairs furniture I sure would like a phone number
