Sleep Outfitters of Springdale

We had an amazing Experience at Sleep Outfitters with Justin; he helped us select the right mattress for our sleep styles. The coolest part was how Justin helped us do a quick 3-minute evaluation on their unique Bed Match machine that uses science help select the proper sleep solution for us. We highly recommend shopping with Sleep Outfitters and using the Bed Match machine, it took all the guesswork out of the selection process. We choose an amazing Kingsdown Hybrid mattress with adjustable bases, and we even got a few free gifts as well. Thank you to the team at Sleep Outfitters for making the process so easy and affordable,

I purchased a somo adjustable base for my firm mattress. I contacted 3 different stores to ask if my firm mattress was capatible with an adjustable base all locations stated yes 90% of their mattress were capable of being used with an adjustable base. I guess I'm now in the 10 percentile because my mattress during the first week keeps sliding off the base. I went to the store and inquired about this because for my mattress to be sliding off is not only frustrating & disappointing, but dangerous. I even asked them to look up the mattress to make sure because it was firm and I was concerned about folding a firm mattress never thinking about it sliding off. I was told they didn't have the purchases from 2 yrs ago. It is constantly getting worst and I sat on my bed and almost fell off because the mattress had moved off the base at least 2 inches. This is very concerning. I was told to try a towel in between the mattress and adjustable base, I feel I should not have to do this. Sleep outfitters has definitely lost a customer over this. I purchased a SF with an adjustable years ago (2013) and it was the best bed ever but SF does not make that mattress anymore and the base was very heavy and so was the mattress. This base is light, it move with ease. I didn't know this it wasn't like this in the store. It has all the bells & whistles but the mattress sliding off the base is a definitely zero. Mary was nice that's why I gave 2 stars. Very disappointed Sleep Outfitters!

Steven and Justin were wonderful to work with. Went in with my husband and they helped us find our perfect mattress. They have a technology to help you narrow down the right mattresses for your body. They worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted in our budget. I highly recommend going to sleep outfitters in Springdale.

Collins is just the best person to give you a sound sleep when purchasing a mattress. He is a dedicated service provider, his patience and customer support is beyond my imagination. He needs a raise and everyone should ask for Collins anytime you are in the shop.
