Sleep Outfitters of Cincinnati Eastgate

I read the reviews before I started looking, these guys did not disappoint. Why would anyone buy a bed anywhere else? David was our salesperson, he is from the Florence Kentucky store just filling in, wow, glad he was there. Really enjoyed him and his knowledge. Other places I've shopped I swear took me to every bed imaginable. He seemed very genuine and very helpful. What we like mostly was no pressure. He was willing to let me leave the store and not sell me a bed. We weren't going to buy that day, but we haven't regretted it. David was not there when I went back and scheduled the delivery. The young man that was there was so nice. Great job you guys, your bosses should rest easy he or she has some of the best right here in Cincinnati. The Delievery, well I changed my mind twice on the height of the bed. The two Young men who were early 20s were so accommodating. These days you don't seem to get that with young men. These guys were polite and courteous, also were very conscious of not tracking dirt through the house on a rainy day. Also we bought the tempurpedic with adjustable base(which we weren't going to buy), WE LOVE IT Thanks again!

Sleep Outfitters - Great products and customer service! My husband and I purchased a mattress from Sleep Outfitters on Eastgate Blvd. They have an electronic diagnostic tool that recommends mattresses based on your needs and sleep position. My husband wanted a firm mattress because he gets a sore back. The Sales Manager, John Bennett, showed us four mattress brands based on the diagnostic tool and my husband’s needs. John was very knowledgeable about the brands, was no-pressure, did not try to upsell us, and we found the perfect mattress! Plus, it was delivered on time by two gentlemen from Sleep Outfitters. If you need a new mattress definitely check them out!

My husband and I had a great experience working with John at Sleep Outfitters. He really took time and care in showing us all of the mattress options and helped us find the one that would be best for us. He was really knowledgeable about all of the options and you could tell he was passionate about customer service. We’re so excited to get the new mattress and start having great sleep!

Brad was great at helping us find a mattress! He used bedmatch to help narrow our search down, was able to help us stay in our budget, and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend Eastgate Sleep Outfitters to anyone looking for a new mattress.

This was not what we wanted to do today. But, John (the store manager) made it a great experience! He was very knowledgeable on the product and gave great suggestions. We walked out feeling great about our choice and are excited to get our new mattress next week!
