Great place, great people! Drew was very knowledgeable & helpful. He gave us the layout of the store & then let us just look around & test the mats. Delivery was very next morning. Fabian & Drew delivered & set up our bed. They hauled away our old bed. Great customer service!

If I could only give no stars that would be my rating! Have purchased a number of matresses from the Sleep Shop over the years, so disappointed in the service today as we went to purchase a new bed for my mother-in-law. The sales associate was very rude , con descending & not helpful whatsoever! Here we come Haverty’s , never again Sleep Shop!

I apologize for my late review. Best prices in Lubbock. I purchased a king mattress over 10 months ago. The staff helped me find the correct firmness. The delivery and set up was scheduled perfectly. I will be purchasing a matress for my granddaughter soon.

Shopped at this place on a recommendation from a salesman at another furniture store! We are so happy that we took his advice! The sales staff were very helpful and not pushy. A good selection of mattresses and they had the exact headboards that we wanted. The two young men that delivered our items were very professional and efficient! I highly recommend this place for your sleep needs!
