Horrendous experience! After being meet with "not worth are time" look from the all older, entitled male (not being racist) staff we we were ignored. The furniture looked ok, but wouldn't know very much more. After having to look for help we discovered Lee M. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Lee for completing our sale!
View on GoogleOver drilled screws with power drills, wont hold wood . Called Lee said he can't replace it.Yes this did happen..Then he said it could take a week for repair man..should have been replaced ASAP..Should not have to be repairing new furniture.
View on GoogleW.D. Wilkins Furniture is a wonderful local store with great service, selection, and prices! Todd was amazing—he went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and enjoyable. They can order anything you need, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend Todd and shopping at W.D. Wilkins!
View on GoogleBought my beautiful couch and loveseat from them! As well as my coffee table. They are awesome! Delivery man was fabulous! Plan on shopping there many more time!
View on GoogleTodd spent a great deal of time helping us decide on fabric for our new couch, and Kenneth and isaac were prompt and skilled at placing it in our house. The couch itself is beautiful and comfy. Once again, Wilkins for the win!
