Came into the store, the gentleman that helped was really nice and helped find us what we wanted. Said it would be delivered in a week and they would setup for free at my house. Wanted me to pay in full initially and I said I didn't want to pay for it until it showed up. He said he needed atleast 50% to order and promised it would be here Friday. Well now day of he calls and says manufacturer's ran out of fabric so they didn't get the order and its back ordered. I feel like that could have been information they would know upon ordering and still tried to get me to pay for it. Now saying they can bring in a couple twins to match up a king until its here. I feel like maybe they should just get us a king like we ordered and if its an upgrade then you made a happy customer. Now I just want my money back and I'll go elsewhere. The sales people are super friendly but seems a little off paying for something before they even have it. I can see paying before you deliver and setup at my house.. But what's happening to us is the exact reason I didn't want to pay before they had it.

Such an amazing experience! Me and my fiancé moved into our home and was needing a mattress. I was unsure how to go about it. We wanted a nice mattress also, so I walked in unsure of any information on mattress. Bryan immediately started helping me to understand what I was looking for. He was so nice and helpful! I was greeted by Rodney, and I have to say he was very polite & professional. I'm one of those customers that asks 100 questions & never buys anything on the first visit. Before stopping here I'd already shopped at four other places asking those 100 questions, so I was pretty well versed before shopping at Sleep Solutions. They have a good selection of different brands of which Rodney was very knowledgeable about all brands. I must have laid on about every mattress before semi making up my mind. Though I didn't buy on my first visit I knew I would buy from Sleep Solutions. Long story short I went back only to Sleep Solutions for my purchase. I couldn't have asked for any better service, choices, pricing, & friendliness... Like I mentioned I'd been to several other places. Save yourself some time you won't get a better deal for a quality mattress with excellent service. You won't be disappointed!!
