Slumberland Furniture

If you're searching for a place that offers high quality furniture with professional staff who are very friendly and helpful (but never pushy), we highly recommend the Slumberland in Joplin, MO. We recently purchased several pieces of furniture from them, and they were wonderful to work with from start to finish. The management staff is willing to jump in and help in any way they can, and they're so knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. After looking through many other furniture stores in our area, we drove over an hour to shop at the Joplin Slumberland and ended up purchasing bedroom, office and living room furniture there. We're so happy with everything and will definitely return in the future! They have a large showroom of quality furniture to choose from, and you can customize the fabric on many items for the same price. Awesome customer service, great communication, flexible delivery, and amazing price! Go see Paul, he was very professional and helped us find a mattress and base that fit our needs. Paul had excellent communication and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Paul was very competitive and provided us with the best price in town! Delivery and installation was very simple and flexible with our schedule! Would recommend using again!

Honestly at first I was disappointed. I had walked almost the Entire store before I was approached. Then an older gentleman in a motorized wheelchair helped me. Sorry don’t remember his name. He was great! Very helpful and personable! . At one point I think he thought he couldn’t help me. But I made it clear I was willing to pay for quality. He quickly started showing me options. After checking sizes and options he lead me to Nicholas Vaughan who finished the deal. Both men were very professional. Have worked in retail and customer service for 30+ years, I was happy to deal with these two men that have great customer service skills with smiles, eye contact, and great hand shakes with a thank you. I will return for more of my future purchases because of the service. I’m just hoping the quality of my purchase is just as good as my visit. Thank you

I ordered 3 awesome end tables for my family room and Nicolas the manager was so helpful and I love his personality. He was not pushy but was very informative about his products on the floor. I found some other pieces of furniture that I am going to go back and order now. I know that because of the pandemic causing shortages of product that it may take 4 to 6 weeks to get my end tables but that’s OK they are worth it. Also Nicolas gave me a awesome price for three and tables. And he’s delivering them to me for free.
