My husband and I just bought our dream Stearns & Foster Reserve mattress for 70% less than what other stores were charging! Mike, our salesperson, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly, which made the whole process such a pleasure. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here!

Very professional asked what you were looking for then did not hover over you while in store. Checkout was easy and loading was timely. By far the best mattress shopping experience ever. Will definitely use them again.

A few months ago we were in the market for two twin mattresses. We always try to shop local, especially in our small town. Fast forward 2.5 months or so and one of the mattresses is FALLING APART, literally, at the seams. When I called to inquire about it because we were told these were GREAT mattresses, I was told that it “must be bad stitching,” and that our only option was to “just buy a new one.” There were extenuating circumstances surrounding the purchases of these two mattresses and now we’re being told that there is absolutely nothing they can help us with. It’s a shame that it could happen to anyone at any given time and the store and those who are in charge don’t care a bit about customer service.

Sold my dad this mattress. Mattress was delivered Friday night. This is supposedly a new mattress. Mattress has rip and stains. Box spring has rips. Never doing business with them again. Will go to a reputable furniture store for next purchase.
