The personal attention and service that I received from Patrick was wonderful, he went above and beyond to make sure that we received exactly what we needed, I would totally give him an A+ for his service. We walked in on President's Day and Pat was amazing! We never had experience with sleep number beds before. He showed us all the options and helped us find our sleep numbers. Pat truly listened to our concerns and really put our minds at ease with all the facts. The other stores we visited that morning were wanting so much more for a mattress that just lays there. Pat didn't make us feel pressured at all to make the sale. After we went home to think about it we decided it was a great opportunity to try something new. Pat was thrilled we returned and helped us place the order for our new bed and pillows. Can't wait to try out our new bed from the sleep number store!

I had a rather frustrating experience with the Sleep Number queen foundation I purchased from this company. Initially, I was pleased with the product, but it soon began to show significant signs of wear and tear. The foundation started sagging and bowing in the middle, which made my sleep uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the support beams eventually cracked and separated from the edge pieces, rendering the foundation practically useless. I reached out to the store for a warranty claim, and they did replace it once, which I appreciated. However, the replacement foundation ended up suffering from the same issues. My attempt to warranty it again turned into a runaround, which left me feeling very frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service. I felt like I was not getting the support I needed, both from the product and the company. In the end, I had no choice but to purchase a standard box spring to provide the support my mattress needed, as the Sleep Number foundation continued to disappoint and was unusable. It was disappointing to have to spend extra money due to a product's quality and the difficulties in obtaining a replacement. Overall, my experience with this Sleep Number queen foundation was marked by product quality issues and less-than-ideal customer service. I hope that others do not encounter similar problems with their purchases.

Zameria was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us pick the perfect sleep number. I highly recommend asking for her. Even after we left, my husband boasted about her customer service.
