SleePare Mattress Store Tysons DC

We came here looking for a mattress and we were greeted by Tanner. He was very helpful and super polite. There is lots of matreses to try and Tanner answered all of our questions. We didn't leave with a mattress due to having our kids with us but we will definitely be back to get a much needed mattress.

Very nice store full of online mattresses. We shopped at the standard stores with more well known brands but found the selection here varied and well presented. The lighting took some getting used to but was relaxing and conducive to rest. You will have to remove shoes but they have foot covers if you aren't wearing socks. Overall it was very pleasant, low pressure experience, Tanner was great to work with - knowledgeable and friendly. Glad we came here.

Amazing customer service and plenty of mattresses that you are able to try. We had Tanner walk us through various options based on our preference. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and provided us with a great experience overall. 10/10 experience and we ordered a great mattress!

TLDR: Great store, wish they had a little more inventory. First: We had a great visit. Dustin was ready for us and the information he gave to get started was helpful and informative. He answered most of our questions before we even had to ask them. When the mattress we liked the most was not available in a configuration we needed he quickly researched other similar options for us to consider. He is a very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly sales associate and we appreciated him a lot. That being said, the similar options he found were not in the showroom for us to try, which was disappointing. I understand they can’t possibly have every permutation and combination available, I just wish that model was available in any form to get an idea if it would work for us. Even with their exchange policy, it’s difficult for us to want to take a risk on a mattress we couldn’t try then potentially in that situation again during an exchange. Overall, if you are mattress shopping I highly recommend paying SleePare a visit. It really helps take the mystery out of online retailers and the in-store experience was great.
