Malcom was amazing. Extremely helpful. Taught us so much about mattresses. Much more than any online research can offer. Not pushy, we had time to try it everything. Also, the prices beat those online. Number one mattress spot on our list.

After doing research on many online-only mattresses, my husband and I visited the store in order to try out Helix and Winkbed. We were kindly greeted by Malcolm, who asked us some basic information about our sleep styles, what we were looking for, and immediately got to work helping us find beds. The store is very hygienic in the way they let customers try beds - we were provided with disposable shoe covers and pillow covers for when we laid down. As we tried different beds, Malcolm offered his expertise regarding our body alignments on the different firmness mattress, along with the features of each. We spent a while there, especially at the end when we were narrowing down between two and Malcolm was very patient with us the entire time while still tending to the other customers entering the store. We ended up settling on the Helix Elite, which ended up being sold for $100 cheaper than the Helix site sells it for. Overall, we had a lovely experience with Malcolm and would definitely recommend buying at bed here!

Today I had the pleasure of visiting the SleePare store in L.I. Malcom, the store manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in showing me all the mattresses that met my needs. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and I was able to try out all the mattresses with no pressure at all. His expert advise and "low key" approach made my experience quite enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this store and working with Malcom !

Easy to get to and park....for a small showroom there were many hybrid mattresses that we had read about available to test. Malcom was both knowledgeable and personable without being pushy....He didn't mind us taking time and told us that bed shopping might take longer than car shopping and should---so true.

Malcolm was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us personalized suggestions based on our sleeping patterns. We needed more time to make our decision, and Malcom didn’t put any pressure on us at all to buy. We will definitely come back next week to purchase our mattress!
