SleepChek Mattress Store Brighton

Exceptional Service at Sleep Check Mattress Store! I had a fantastic experience shopping for a king-size mattress at Sleep Check, and I owe it all to Charlie! From the moment I walked in, Charlie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the different options without any pressure. His expertise really helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Charlie made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, offering great recommendations while also explaining the benefits of each mattress. I felt confident in my decision thanks to his excellent customer service. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend visiting Sleep Check and asking for Charlie—he’ll take great care of you!

Update: Ann the owner reached out and was incredibly nice and helpful. She made sure everything was taken care of and I left happy and satisfied. Thank you! Bought a $950 mattress here. Got it home and it’s a lot softer than the floor sample mattress I tried in the store. Called to let them know I wasn’t happy about the firmness. The gentleman that sold it to me told me that there’s nothing he can do about it now and that I can’t return it (even though in the store he told me I could return it but that there’d be a restocking fee). He told me to try a different pillow, as if this was the issue and not the mattress. Overall not a great experience. If I had known there was zero return policy I wouldn’t have bought it. So now I’m stuck with a mattress that is too soft.

We were very happy to have purchased our mattress at Sleep Check! . Grant was very easy to deal with. He was helpful without being pushy like at another store. We had next day delivery by Grant and his friend. Because we were unsure how tall the box springs should be, he volunteered to bring two different sizes so we could see the difference. We really appreciated this extra customer service. Thank you, Grant!

Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to find us the perfect mattress to fit our needs. We’ll be recommending SleepChek to all of our friends and family.

We have been mattress shopping a few too many times and Charlie was the first person that listened to our needs, made a recommendation, and showed us why it was important, the differences, and what to look for. He was easy to talk to and had high level expertise. We left more satisfied than any other mattress place. We also felt better to shop local
