Update: Ann the owner reached out and was incredibly nice and helpful. She made sure everything was taken care of and I left happy and satisfied. Thank you! Bought a $950 mattress here. Got it home and it’s a lot softer than the floor sample mattress I tried in the store. Called to let them know I wasn’t happy about the firmness. The gentleman that sold it to me told me that there’s nothing he can do about it now and that I can’t return it (even though in the store he told me I could return it but that there’d be a restocking fee). He told me to try a different pillow, as if this was the issue and not the mattress. Overall not a great experience. If I had known there was zero return policy I wouldn’t have bought it. So now I’m stuck with a mattress that is too soft.

We were very happy to have purchased our mattress at Sleep Check! . Grant was very easy to deal with. He was helpful without being pushy like at another store. We had next day delivery by Grant and his friend. Because we were unsure how tall the box springs should be, he volunteered to bring two different sizes so we could see the difference. We really appreciated this extra customer service. Thank you, Grant!
