Just got delivery of our mattress today . It was a pleasure working with Paul and the team. They had us delivered quickly and efficiently and we only had to wait a week for the fancy bed frame to arrive. Our mattress was in stock and it’s feeling pretty comfy. The cat approves of the massage feature. Grateful we could buy local And support a family owned business!
View on GoogleAmazing Service and Great Conversation at Sleep Check I had the pleasure of speaking with Paul Briggs at Sleep Check in Howell, and I have to say, he’s one of the most personable and genuine people I’ve met. I originally went in just to buy some sheets, but we ended up chatting for 45 minutes! Paul made the whole experience so enjoyable with his warmth and approachability. He’s not just knowledgeable about the products, but he truly cares about people and makes you feel like part of the family. We even bonded over his family connections—his kid went to Hartland, and he’s just a real family man through and through. Paul’s the kind of guy who makes you feel comfortable and valued, which is rare these days. If you’re looking for a great place to shop and want to meet a truly kind, down-to-earth person, go see Paul at Sleep Check. He’ll take great care of you, and you might even leave with a new friend!
View on GoogleThe staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain their many different products and features and delivery options. I never felt rushed as I tried out different mattresses in the store to find the right one to meet my needs. I've been very happy with my choice and recommend the store to my family and friends for the great customer service and selection!
View on GoogleWow, I've been to a lot of mattress stores but this was a great experience. Very easy going and friendly owners, not pushy at all. They have many years of experience and really know their products. Delivery guys were very professional as well. Excellent experience overall.
View on GoogleSuper friendly people work at this store and they helped me find just what me and my family needed. I tell all my friends about them. They have a huge show room with many types of mattress to try out. In this era of big box deliveries and department stores, its great to find an independent, local business run by real folks who are so kind and attentive.
