GO ELSEWHERE! I should’ve read some of the recent reviews, hence where I failed. We ordered three mattresses on November 17, and we were told there was a leadtime of 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. It was a bummer, but we understood. After seven weeks, I called to follow up and was told our salesman no longer worked there, and why no one followed up with us, but that they did not have the mattresses and we’re not sure when they would. I waited until about 9 1/2 weeks and followed up again. I was told the same spiel about our salesman leaving, and why no one could follow up, even though I had spoken with someone previously and expected somebody would follow up from there on out. Still no information on our mattresses and still no idea on delivery date. Now we are sitting at over 11 weeks with nothing. I spoke with the manager On this past Friday, was told they expect the mattresses to be in on February 2 and would call that day to follow up with a confirmed delivery date by Saturday (The day after our phone call). Today we are sitting at Tuesday and still no phone call. I followed up once again, and was told nobody had been contacted to confirm, they do not have an idea of when it’ll be delivered, and they are just truly not sure at this point. We have decided it’s better for us to get a refund and go elsewhere. Save your time, your Money, and the headache and just go somewhere else. This place will most likely be closing soon due to their service and lack of care, I can almost guarantee it.

View on GoogleWe walked in and told the salesperson exactly what we were looking for and why. He gave us great advice and never once pushed a sale on us. Definitely will be going back when we need a mattress.

View on GoogleWe have been waiting for the bed we ordered since the beginning of November. Told us 4 to 6 weeks. They always say they are going to call with a update and we always have to call them. I'm pretty sure this bed doesn't exist and they are just trying to prevent us from getting a refund. I do not recommend coming here unless you want your money stolen and no attempt what so ever to make it right. If I get my bed by next weekend, I will take down this review. Stop lying to us and either give us the bed or refund our money so we can buy a bed that actually exists.
