Sleeptronic

The mattress was great at first but now only 3 years into owning the mattress I am having issues. I wake up with back, neck, hip and shoulder pain. First I thought it was something I was doing but I house sat for a friend and slept on their mattress and amazingly, no problems. I have now been trying to get Sleeptronics to do the right thing but unless I can take a picture of the internal workings of the mattress to show them what is breaking down they won't honor the warranty. The pillowtop is still intact but it no longer supports. I highly recommend to stay away from this company that does not take responsibility for their faulty product. You will thank me that you did.

This is my 2nd mattress purchase from Sleeptronic. I thought my first one back in 1996 was a great mattress, but this new one i just bought is unbelievably wonderful. And I trusted them so much that i ordered and bought my new one without even looking at it on any sales area. I knew I would not be disappointed. I probably met the good people at Sleeptronic through my employer in 1996. Even though the owner is not at the company everyday and his son is now running the business, i am so happy to say your customer service is just as super as it was 24 years ago. The quality of the product is so great that this will probably be there last mattress i have to purchase in my lifetime. But if i ever need another mattress, there is no other place i would consider shipping. Sleeptronic, you have a customer for life in me. Bless everyone at Sleeptronic, and stay safe.

Positive and pleasant shopping experience! The sales team was easy to work with and did not pressure the purchase in any way while providing access to a wide variety of mattresses during the demonstration of their product. I will most definitely be a repeat customer in the future!

We just replaced our old Sleeptronic Heavenly Mystriqic ( spelling?) mattress. We've had it since 2004. It slept extremely well until the last year. Was a great buy.
