We had an excellent experience with Slumber Cove in ordering our Helix mattress. The price of our mattress was substantially lower than the competition (including ordering directly from Helix) and the service provided to us was top notch, with complimentary haul away/set up offered in addition to free pillows and sleep masks. The showroom also had the largest selection of hybrid mattresses typically bought online that we were able to see. We will be recommending Slumber Cove to family and friends in the future!

I stopped by Slumber Cove while running errands, mostly because they had actual mattresses to try and one I was specifically interested in. After trying out the mattress I came to see, I took Raj's offer to discuss and try out some other mattresses. I have to say this is one of the better customer service experiences I've ever had. Raj asked a lot of questions to figure out how my wife and I were sleeping, what our issues were, and our preferences. It steered us in a better direction of what would suit us best. All without feeling pressured to buy. It felt honest and not just him trying to make a sale. Raj also gave us great sheet and mattress protector suggestions based on how sleeping preferences. They don't sell those items, but he was more than willing to provide suggestions and help. The mattress was delivered today ahead of schedule. Quick and easy. They took the old mattress for a small fee compared to other options I looked up. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Raj!

Slumber Cove not only has the best mattresses at the best price, the owner is knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. His goal is to listen to your needs and budget and show you the best mattress that suits you. Not to mention the mattresses are high quality. In today’s world that lacks customer service and quality products, doing business with Slumber Cove was refreshing. I thank him for that.

Happened upon Slumber Cove while doing a Google search. Went there on a Saturday afternoon and had the whole place to ourselves. Raj, the owner, was very knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure us even slightly. We left, having chosen a mattress, very impressed by Raj and our experience in his store. He told us if it didn’t work out, we’d get our money back -—and it didn’t work out. It was way too soft for me. We called him up and he sent his guys out within a couple days to come get the mattress and we were refunded every cent of our money— just like he said would happen. I was a little leery at first and wondered if we’d really get ALL our money back? And, YES, we did. Raj is very trustworthy and will get you a great deal. I would definitely shop at Slumber Cove again and would recommend it to my friends and family 100%. We are completely satisfied with our experience from start to finish.

For one, you'll find better-quality, highly-rated mattresses that you can try out on site instead of taking a chance online. In addition, the owner was very knowledgeable about the mattresses the store carries, and extremely helpful. Delivery was speedy, efficient and professional, and we were kept informed of our mattress's progress from the time we ordered until the time it was unpacked and sitting in our bedroom. The owner was also very responsive to follow-up questions. Slumber Cove is a great place to buy a good quality mattress.
