Slumberland Furniture

We've purchased from Slumberland a few times. Our sectional is amazing. Best couch we've ever had. We regularly say This is couch is out best purchase ever, and it's been 3 years. We also got a coffee table, side tables, and dining table, also great quality. They have lots of options on the floor, so you can try out a lot of couches, chairs, tables, desks, bookshelves, etc. They have sales regularly so you can deal hunt, but my favorite part is their service. They help you but they don't hover or pressure you. They give you information, answer questions frankly, and are very okay with you walking away to think about it if you need.

Absolutely outstanding, professional, and pleasant customer service by Doug Graham! Great durable furniture at good prices! Beautiful showroom with many options and brands. If they don't have what you want, they will get it. They also price match and do whatever they can to get you the very best deal. Doug spent a lot of time with us to identify our needs and give options of the living room furniture that would best suit us, having a 2 puppy family. We will definitely return for our bedroom furniture! Appreciate all your help Doug! Thank You!

The showroom was set up nicely by to be able to shop easily and they had a great variety of furniture and home accessories to choose from. Milo provided great service while allowing adequate time to shop independently.

I called to order a recliner because I'm not able to come into the store. Scott was very very nice and helped me make a decision. It was great. Thank you!

We walked into Slumberland in Coralville and were immediately greeted by Milo who was working on tagging some of their furnishings near the door. He asked if he could assist us and then directed us to tour request: the wonderfully large assortment of Lazy Boy recliners that were sale priced for the Memorial Day Sale event. He was a superb representative: informative but not pushy, gave us private time to look over the recliners, check them out, and then returned after we had some time for comparison and consideration. He answered questions knowledgeably and personably. We were customers of McGregor's in Coralville until they closed some years ago; they were also very good. We have looked at various places at times, but were never treated with the curtesy, respect, honesty, knowledge, and kindness that we experienced with Milo at Slumberland. I believe we have found our go-to furniture store for future purchases – purchases which are not often, but occasional as needed. Thank you, Milo. We appreciate you.
