Ryan the salesman was great to work with. He demonstrated the chair I wanted and helped me get it financed with ease. Rex and Doug were awesome with the delivery service. They were quick with with assembly and placed in a good spot. They were knowledgeable about my chair and answered all my questions. Thank you Midwest Mattress and Team members

View on Google10/10 experience. From the moment we walked in the door, Shelby was friendly, personable, and super knowledgeable. She managed to erase the awkwardness of laying on a mattress in a public place and help put us into our dream bed without feeling pressured to make a quick decision. Beyond the stellar customer service, the showroom was clean, well laid out, and spacious. A great selection (including some US made mattress lines) and prices that were reasonable even before the insane labor day deals. Buying a bed here was an easy decision, and we'll definitely be back when we set up our guest bedroom.
