Slumberland Furniture

We were shopping for a couple of recliners, made more urgent because I wanted it for after knee surgery. We were in Hayward for my medical appointment and decided to look at Slumberland. We arrived about 10 minutes before the store was due to open. As we stood wondering what to do for 10 minutes, the door opened. We were greeted warmly and invited in by Rebecca. That made an impression on us. Even though we didn’t make a purchase that day, our first time looking, we kept her card. After going to several different stores in different towns, we came back. Not for the furniture selection especially, but for her. We knew she’d help us find something that would work. She had shown us right away that, she was willing to go the extra mile for us and deserved our business. So happy, we got just what we wanted and Slumberland provided great customer service, beginning to end. Especially Rebecca!

I spoke with Nathan today regarding an issue I had with a power recliner that was not working. Slumberland worked with the extended warranty company and manufacturer and got my problem taken care of promptly. I was very impressed with Slumberland and appreciated Nathan’s quick response and excellent communication with me. He was very professional and upbeat. My sincere thanks to Slumberland and the excellent customer service I received from Nathan.

It was wonderful! I ordered a bed over the phone and Nathan was fantastic to work with. He made the process seamless! Thank you!

I was there to buy a mattress. Never having bought a mattress in my 80 years on the planet, I didn't know what to expect, but the selection seemed extensive, and the salesman, Matthew, was very helpful. Delivery time on the Sealey matress I selected will be two weeks. For a fee, they will dispose if our old mattress.

My experience at Slumberland of Hayward was outstanding. Matthew listened well, heard what I was looking to accomplish and what my budget was. We were able to get a couch, chair and delivery right in our range! I would recommend Matthew at Slumberland to anyone in the Hayward area.
