Slumberland Furniture

It had been a morning of frustration after frustration. Mostly dealing with incompetent people. UNTIL we went to Slumberland in Eau Claire!! Pretty much knew what we were looking for and Scott Lingen came to help us. Finally!! Someone who would listen to us and guide us to exactly what we wanted without showing us a bunch of stuff we wouldn’t like! Scott found us the perfect furniture and helped us find the fabric choice. He had the perfect balance of letting us choose but with just the right amount of suggestions and asking questions! Soooo refreshing!! Plus he figured out quickly that we kid each other a lot (52 years of marriage prove the value of that to us) and he just jumped in and we had such a fun experience!! And Scott also balanced that with competence and professionalism! It was truly an amazing time and I assure you, Slumberland will be our first choice for any future decisions we might make. Thank you Scott for redeeming our whole day!!

First off the salesman Steve was great. My issue is simply that a person doesn't get into the door without being met immediately by a salesman. Love that they are there to help but sometimes a person just wants to browse. When someone says they just want to look around a bit and make a choice the salesman walks 20 feet away and waits. I get wanting to make a sale but the policy makes you feel more like you're a criminal walking around needing watched and less like an assistant waiting to answer questions. Just my 2 cents. 100% happy with my purchase and with Steve.

Came here to look for a sofa and mattress. Got introduced to one of the salespeople who did a great job with showing us around, and discussing the options. Felt like we were being attended to, but not pressured. The entire experience felt both professional and relaxed (thanks Steve). Was impressed with the number of choices that we had for these items. There was a clearance area towards the back of the store that offered similar items, but with heavy discounted. We ended up getting the pieces that we were looking for. The prices were comparable to similar stores. Since we were buying a couple of pieces that agreed to give us an additional discount. (since these are clearance items there is no return) We had our own truck, and since these were clearance items, we were able to get them immediately. The wrapped them up and helped to get them in the moving truck. A excellent first buying experience. Would come back in the future.

Good selection to choose from. Great service and advice from Scott on choosing the right mattress. Arranged everything efficiently, delivery and set up went smoothly and I had a great nights sleep at last! Definitely recommend Slumberland.

I called Slumberland from out of state to order a mattress for pick up for my college son. Larry was very helpful and knowledgeable. Amy confirmed the delivery date would work for me and helped place my order. Super easy!! I am so grateful for the follow up and great service!
