We experienced excellent customer service working with Tyler at Slumberland. He gave us his undivided, no pressure sale attention. He was intuitive as to our style and led us to the quality sofa sectional we were looking for. I appreciated his input as to his experience working with different manufacturers and his efforts to accommodation our particular needs.

We had been to several places looking for a quality foot stool and floor lamp that matched the decor of our recently renovated sunroom. We found exactly what we were looking for and Corey was very helpful. My reading nook is complete and oh so cozy! Thank you!

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE IF YOU EVER NEED HELP WITH A WARRANTY CLAIM. We bought a Sealy mattress just under 10 years ago from this store. It was a hybrid mattress and just this last year had problems with the springs popping out of the mattress. We followed the claim submission process and submitted 'tons' of photos showing the damage and description. It's been over a month with lots of back and fourth. I found out today by calling them (they did not reach out to me) that the case was closed with insufficient information. This was all because we did not have the law tag. We could not supply the law tag because it was not on the mattress. The whole process was a joke. If you want a company to stand behind it's products, this is not the store for you. I understand that they have to follow up with the manufacturer but think the way they handle warranty claims needs huge improvements. Very disappointed and will never buy a product from them again. I think we will be going to dreamcloud for our next mattress. They do offer a lifetime warranty.

Tyler listened to what we were looking for and was able to find us the furniture that best met our needs and budget. He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and worked to get us the best deal he could. This was our second recent purchase at Slumberland and both experiences were 5 star! Highly recommended

We came in on a Friday night before close just to look at a couch that our in-laws had seen at another location and thought we would like. We talked with Bob that evening and told him we would likely be back tomorrow. Bob was there, extremely friendly, helpful and was able to have us in and out of the door in under 20 minutes. I was very impressed with the service. I can't wait for our new furniture to arrive
