We came into the store to replace our mattress and were very impressed with the help we received from Skyler Simonian-Holiday. We love our new Purple with the motorized base. On our way out of the store, we also saw a new bedroom set and decided to replace ours after 35 years. Skyler helped us to find exactly what we wanted and our bedroom looks (and sleeps) wonderfully! I would like to thank Julica, at Ashley Furniture for providing outstanding customer service during our recent visit. From the moment we walked into the store, Julica greeted us warmly and pointed us in the right direction to begin looking at recliner chairs. She gave us plenty of time to browse the inventory on our own without hovering or making us feel pressured, which we really appreciated. After we had looked at what we thought was every recliner in the store, Julica took the time to ask my husband exactly what he was looking for in a chair. Instead of simply trying to make a sale, she listened carefully to his needs. Based on what he described, she first showed us a recliner that could be custom ordered in the fabric we wanted. When my husband mentioned that he didn’t care for the headrest, she immediately suggested a Flexsteel recliner that better matched what he was looking for. The Flexsteel chair turned out to be exactly what he wanted. We were even happier to learn that our preferred color was in stock and that we could pick it up the following week. At that point, the decision was easy—we were sold. Julica’s knowledge of the products, her ability to listen, and her no-pressure approach made our shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. She is an outstanding salesperson who truly focuses on helping customers find the right product rather than simply making a sale. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Julica and would gladly recommend her to anyone shopping at Ashley Furniture. Julica Kelly was excellent. Her approach to helping us find the right feel was very helpful. Added in product knowledge that was meaningful and specific to our search. Have us the extended time we needed. She provided the best help we have seen by far in our weeks long mattress search. She knows how to help the customer and her personality and focus on our needs was excellent. She is top notch compared to what Ive seen across all customer service support I’ve experienced in different industries. Julica is very good at what she does.

Friendly welcome, quick and easy to get what we’re looking for and out the door In less than 30 minutes. Loce that they can kind of read with what you’re looking for. Very happy of my buy!

Bought a reclining couch 2 months ago and I'm very disappointed. I bought it with a extended warranty and the couch is starting to peel away. I called to management to get this resolved and they said they can't do anything. I won't be buying anything here from now on.
