Verlo Mattress

Great experience buying a mattress. No pressure to buy, but they explained everything very well. they also mentioned that if I don't like the firmness of my mattress they can adjust it for a small fee for the next year so that's neat too. I got home delivery and the delivery guys Anthony and Cuyler(?) were very quick and got everything set up. I got a text when they were en route to my place so I could let them in, and within ten minutes they had set up my mattress and left. Would buy again.

Verlo is great! There are a wide range of mattresses in the store to try out and see what is most comfortable for you. Kyle was really great to work with and had lots of helpful suggestions. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he’s passionate about his work - which is helping you to sleep better!

Cuyler and Anthony were quick and pleasant. The bed is great - now 30 days to figure out if it’s perfect!

Rick was awesome! Very helpful in picking out a mattress in a low pressure environment. He was able to answer all of our questions, super knowledgeable about how it’s made, and it’s always nice to have someone who believes in the product they’re helping you choose. We are thrilled with the comfort of the mattress and comforted by the warranty, quality, and the fact that they can make adjustments for us if needed.

The delivery service went smoothly as promised. I was notified the day before with a two hour delivery window and then was notified again when the delivery truck was 15 minutes away. When Anthony and Rowe arrived with my new mattress and platform they were very polite and pleasant. They answered all our questions and offered additional information about the mattress and its care. Overall, a successful and pleasant delivery experience. This is the third Verlo mattress I have purchased over the past 30 years. I will continue to recommend your product and services. Thank you!
