Slumberland Furniture

I seen a sleeper couch I wanted, came back the next day after thinking on it and Debbie helped me out with the purchase process and got us all set up with delivery. Can’t wait to get our new couch!

We were looking for an oval coffee table which is hard to find. Andrew our sales guy found the perfect one and it was in the clearance section. It fits perfectly with our living room furniture and didn’t break the bank. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Andrew!

Walked in the store knowing what I wanted the employee took me right to the selections and offered me the special that was going on and I bought it. Very good customer service very nice person very fast transaction.

Slumberland in West Fargo helped me find just the mattress I wanted in a very short time and set it up so it could be delivered quickly. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful and easy-going. It was definitely great service with a smile! Thank you!

I would highly not recommend this company. I ordered a bedroom set, and the dresser arrived damaged. I had to take it apart myself and bring it back for an exchange. When the replacement arrived, it was damaged as well. The company told me they would provide another new dresser, but instead they took the damaged one, glued a poorly matched piece onto the broken corner, and sent it back to me. The repair looks terrible and is not what I was promised. At this point, I’m exhausted from dealing with the ongoing issues and just want it over with. The quality control and customer service experience have been extremely disappointing.
