Slumberland Furniture

Teresa was so awesome and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the brand she had in stock and what colors/fabrics were available. She was incredibly thorough on explaining the warranty and what it covered. We had gone to three other places before we got there and the furniture was exactly what we were looking for and Teresa made the whole experience over the top!

Showroom was clean and organized very well for navigating the specific furniture items. Carla Kent met us at the main aisle and after confirming our interests, led us directly to the firtst section of recliners meeting our criteria. She was very proficient with the tablet, using it to narrow the list of potential candidates. After we tried several options, we selected a leather chair with the features that she found on an inbound shipment due to arrive in 5 days. She found us the perfect chair on sale as well. We will now shop more frequently at Slumberland in the future.

I had decided to look around town to price new living room furniture and when I Walked into the store I was met by Brandi with a very gentle smile and friendly attitude. I am one that doesn’t like pushy sales people and will walk out as fast as I walk in if approached with that. Brandi was non of it. She listened and helped. We walked the whole store and found exactly what I was looking for! Mind you this was the first store I went to and had several others I was going to look at but she made it so comfortable and easy that I decided to purchase with her. Not sure of the gentleman that helped her out with the final sale but he was amazing as well. Thank you for making my experience with slumberland great!! I don’t have my furniture yet so I can’t share a photo.

Theresa Paulson was our sales rep. She is absolutely amazing. We actually found another chair comparable to the one we purchased at another facility and cheaper, but the sales lady was not as friendly. So we went back to Slumberland because of Theresa making us feel important. She was very professional, took lots of time with us, showed us several recliners, and explained the 0% financing. We will recommend Slumberland to everyone because of her!

Overall experience was good. When making huge financial purchases I am more of: introduce yourself, ask if I need assistance, if I tell you no then leave me alone I will approach you once I have 100% decided. I did feel like it was slightly more pushy of "Do you want to buy it". Than I like but that is a personal preference. The prices are on the higher end of the spectrum but we really like the styles they offered.
