Want to thank Shane K. for his unlimited knowledge and kindness in helping my 96 year old mother find the perfect recliner. The store manager, Colore, also went out of his way to make our experience perfect. Wonderful team of people to work with at Furniture Mart. Thank you!
View on GoogleLate review from Sat/Sun, 2/28 & 3/1. Ann and Shannon were incredible to work with. We stopped in quick after dinner and discovered the President’s Day sale was still going on. Amazing sale! We bought our couch a few years ago during the same time and don’t regret it one bit! We knew we needed a new mattress so we spent about an hour and a half testing them and chatting with Ann on what makes sense for us. We left with a lot to think about! We returned Sunday with a decision on the bed and decided we needed a new bed set to go with it. The team was quick to work together on grabbing numbers for us and talking through the delivery process. We loved the option to buy the disposable bags for the old mattress. Very convenient! We very much appreciate Ann and Shannon’s teamwork and making it a quick in and out transaction for us to enjoy the rest of our weekend. Thank you so much!
View on GoogleThe store is just a big furniture store, but Tyler was nice and fun as a sales rep. 5/5 for Tyler, the store is unremarkable. Weeks went by with no delivery. Canceled the order.
View on GoogleLee was great to work with. We had been to this store a few times and we admit that we are slow buyers who want to make the right decision when spending that much money on furniture. In the past, every salesperson wanted us to buy that day even if we weren’t ready. Lee was not pushy, he was friendly, Open, honest, and made the buying experience the best we had ever dealt with. I will recommend him to all friends and family and look forward to our next purchase with him.
View on GoogleWe have bought furniture many times from Furniture Mart. We had the pleasure of working with Lee and he was great! We walked in and showed him what we wanted and he was able to show us the floor model and get us taken care of. He was knowledgeable, made the transaction quick with great customer service and very professional!
