Reese was absolutely phenomenal! My wife and I walked in completely overwhelmed about buying a new mattress. Reese spent well over two hours with us. He was never rushing and never pushy. He listened to all our concerns (back pain, temperature issues, budget, etc.), explained the differences between every mattress we tried, and patiently answered our million questions with clear, professional expertise. View on GoogleCody was great and very patient. Even met me at the warehouse to get it sooner than delivery could bring it. Hopefully won’t need a bed for a long time because that process is exhausting. Not sure I’m sold on the mattress I chose either. Thankful to be informed on the return policy

View on GoogleI went into mattress firm to buy a new mattress for a family member. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Reece. He was so helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. I gave him a certain budget and he helped me fine the perfect mattress, but I wanted to bring my family members back so I told him I would be back the next week when they were in town. My family and I went back the next weekend, and I specifically asked for Reece but he wasn’t there. Instead I got to meet Cody. Cody worked off what Reece and I decided, but we ended buying a second mattress. Cody was just as attentive and listened to what we needed. So now both members of my family have never slept better on our new mattresses thanks to Reece and Cody!!
View on GoogleVery disappointed. Reese was so friendly and tried “so hard” to get me a great deal within my budget. He stressed that he was giving me a big discount on a mattress, floor-model adjustable base, and protective cover. In fact - he had to “call his boss” to get an ok to discount it so much. After I purchased it, picked it up, and got home - I looked on the Mattress Firm website to see what the original prices were. On the website, the mattress was $399 (he charged $500!) and the protective cover was $39 (he said it cost $99 - but he gave me a great deal of $40!). So who knows what I got for an adjustable base. Total lies!! I am definitely returning it (it is still in my car - I never unpacked it.). I had better get a full refund. Very disgusted with Mattress Firm!!
