Worked with Jay to find a mattress and could not recommend him enough! He was kind and honest but not overbearing when we wanted to try multiple different styles. Will definitely work with him in the future!!

Excellent purchasing experience. We saw a floor model large TV console with fireplace on clearance. Ash*** sweetened the deal with another 15% off. Their delivery people were superb. This is an 85" heavy piece that had to be set on end to navigate tricky stairs. Jy*** and Co**** were strong, smart and friendly. Handled it beautifully.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE at Slumberland Furniture. We arrived around 10 minutes after 5 PM, well aware that the store didn’t close until 6 PM. We were seriously planning to purchase a couch and had heard great things about this location, so we were excited to visit. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but welcoming. As soon as we walked in, we were informed of the store’s closing time, which felt more like a warning than a friendly heads-up. When I approached the front desk with a simple question about a couch price, a man named Jay stepped in, claiming he was the only one available to assist. From the start, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I let him know I felt he was being rude, and instead of offering any apology or trying to help, he doubled down and insisted he wasn’t being rude—and again told us he was the only person available. It felt like we were a bother rather than valued potential customers. We left without buying anything, which is unfortunate because we were genuinely ready to make a purchase. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this location to anyone. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way—unfortunately, neither were present during our visit.

Went in to purchase a couch and loveseat set. At first J Brown was very helpful in narrowing down what fit our needs. Our kids were a little squirrely, but we kept them in control and they weren't impeding shopping or harming anything. (The car carts are a fabulous idea and steering surprisingly well) J told us he was going to find a love seat to coordinate with the couch we chose and be back. Then an older customer, without children came in. J shifted all of his attention to this customer and left us to our own devices. Eventually we left because he never came back. I would understand if it was swamped but there were only a couple customers and we were ready to buy then and there

jeromey was extremely helpful. Did not pressure me helped me find a perfect living room set. excited to come back for more stuff.
