Wish I could give zero stars. Would not recommend. We purchased a chaise lounger for around $720.00. The sales person told us the transaction didn’t go through, so she ran our card again and stated it still didn’t go through. After that, she wanted to try again, so my husband pulled up our bank account on his phone and it showed that it did indeed go through, that it was not pending. She contacted someone in their IT department and that person said it didn’t go through. We allowed the sales person to screenshot our accounts status. We were then told that she voided the transaction and it might take a couple of days for it to show up on our account. We continued to monitor our account and no refund was ever issued. I spoke with Standard two days later and was told that they didn’t have our money, even though our bank said they absolutely had our money. The IT lady then said it showed insufficient funds and I reminded her that she absolutely knew that was untrue and that she had a screenshot of our account showing we had enough to purchase several loungers and that they had our money. They would not allow us to get our lounger and they would not return our money. We had to contest this purchase with our bank, to get our money back, which we did.

The staff here is always nice and very helpful. Very nice furniture of good quality

I wouldn't leave a star but I have to in order to leave the reviews.. I ordered a chair waited 2 weeks to get it I was told I could pick it up one of 2 days they only have someone to load it those days and when I get there it says open but they aren't open and we wait an hour for someone to open and payments laying in the door inside. Seems like they need some customer service my here they are friendly but folks don't want to order wait 2 weeks and drive 40 miles away and still go home empty handed because folks don't want to work apparently. I won't use them anymore

When we entered the store, all of the staff, greeted us with "Hello" The store was very clean, and prices on furniture were clearly visible. Salesperson seemed knowledgeable about the discounts and financing. We got some great ideas, about what we may need, to furnish our home. We didn't realize that you sold appliances. I was wondering why they weren't visible in the store window. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Thank you guy for the awesome suggestion of the Zena recliner. I love it. Everyone that works there are friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on my purchase and delivery.
