I would’ve given a 5 star but I have been waiting for months for a replacement part. There is always an excuse first it was part didn’t come in the it was part was sold out. I’ve had this furniture less than 8 months. I paid it off early and now I wonder if they just don’t care since they have the money. I am in the process of getting a number to their corporate office.
View on GoogleWe had been shopping at several stores and walked into Strickland’s late in the day on Saturday. Sunshine showed us several options and quickly found exactly what we wanted! We were able to get it delivered on Monday. We’ll absolutely shop there again!

The employees are all very friendly and helpful and they always go out of their way to find what I'm looking for. They also keep up with my purchases and warranties, so there's never a hassle with repairs.
View on GoogleWe special ordered several pieces of FlexSteel furniture and when we arrived to pick-it-up, it was very visibly damaged. Since we did not special order damaged furniture, we were hesitant to take it even though we really wanted it. Mr. Strickland was extremely unprofessional and tried to "patch-it" while we were there. He then told us he did not want to re-order it or do anything to resolve the issue. He told my wife and I that he was "afraid of us." Our sales representative was "Heather," and she did a superb job until delivery day. She hid from us as we were speaking with Mr. Strickland. Since this was a FlexSteel dealer, we assumed they were a first-class, top-quality store. But we learned that was not the case. We will never return to Strickland Furniture.

Greed has plagued our country and when I asked Mr. Strickland he was willing to lose a sale and a customer over $84.00 he said yes!! Can you believe it????? $84.00 to lose a $3000.00 sale and customer???? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
