Great Customer Service. Extremely friendly. No hassle. Extremely helpful. Tell them what you like and want. They show it to you and leave you to make a decision if you want.
View on GoogleCustomer service was great!! Prices was really great!! I had a fun salesmen. They were easy to work with and financing with out interest was awesome!! Ask for Mr. Barber when you go in. You won’t regret it!
View on GoogleThe owner, the sails lady were incredibly amazing. Every one there were very kind. And that's what it takes to know how to run your business. I appreciated that. Thank you all for your concern and kindness you showed me. You can't go wrong shopping at Direct Furniture. God Bless!! You are #1🦋👍
View on GoogleWish I could leave zero stars!!!!! Bought a sectional along with the warranty they claim is excellent. Had sectional barely a year and a recliner stops working. Been waiting 3 months now to get fixed. Warranty company said it would be at least another month. Sectional looks great but is total crap and dealing with the warranty company is even worse than the furniture. Also explained issues with the manager and they could have cared less. Stay away from this company/store their smiles are fake and furniture is cheap for a reason. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else....YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️!!!!!!!!
