Cowboy Maloney's

I was able to chat online with a CM rep to tell them exactly what i was looking for. The rep was knowledeable and able to understand my need (size, power, price, etc). I went in the next day to look at the appliance. I discovered that I had been chatting online with JJ. He was great both online and in person! I purchased the one he recommended because it was exactly what I needed. The whole process was so easy and everyone there was so friendly! I was able to load my purchase in my car on the spot, no waiting😊 This is the second time that I needed to replace an appliance and Cowboy Maloney's had it, at a great price, and made the experience easy and enjoyable!! I cant say enough good things about CM in Hattiesburg 👍

I have been very pleased with the attention to details that the salespersons have taken. I dealt with them mostly over the phone. If necessary, they called back in a timely manner, was courteous, and could answer all of my questions. The delivery team were just as good! It has been a positive first time buyer experience. Will be doing business again!

Life's highway definitely has some bumps, many unseen, and when you hit one, it can be extremely stressful trying to maneuver through! Cowboy Maloney's was the ULTIMATE "Pit Crew" for our problem! With many retailers turning to "order only" products, this can be very inconvenient for customers in desperate need and not having the luxury of time waiting for that product to arrive. The friendly staff at Cowboy Maloney's came to our rescue with just what we needed! With lots to choose from, it was a hard decision but one was finally decided on and they had one ready to go within minutes!! While taking full advantage of their sale prices, we were checked out and loaded in record time! Leaving happy and fully satisfied that we could now continue down that road, knowing there will be plenty more bumps to come, but knowing Cowboy Maloney's would always be there to help see us through!! Now, on a separate note, is there maybe someone I could speak to about "paving" that road..I sure would enjoy a much smoother ride!!🤷‍♀️🤔🤣

Lori was excellent, and was very patient with all our questions.. The delivery and installation was done as expected.. Good job all around, folks!
