We went in just to look around and left with a brand new mattress! I can’t recommend Debi enough! She is so patient and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. We loved spending our morning with her testing out mattresses and finding one we couldn’t leave the store without. She even made sure that we had same day delivery because it was my husbands day off! If I could give her ten stars I would! Highly recommend!

Best place to buy high class furniture at an affordable price. My family has purchased items since the mid sixties from Suburban Furniture. Always satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship. May I add, Suzie was great.... she was so helpful in assisting me get the right fit for my brothers recliner. Every salesperson should be so customer service oriented. Thank you for a great experience!

My husband and I came here after being unsuccessful at two other furniture stores. We were immediately greeted by Tom when we arrived and he was incredibly helpful without being pushy. He was around when we had questions but not making us feel pressured as we had felt at the other two stores. We ended up finding exactly what we wanted and needed but had to coordinate furniture removal before we could make the purchase and set up delivery. He walked us through the entire process up to actually paying so that when we came back we could just pay and set up delivery. He told us that he was going to be out of the business when we planned to return but that anyone else working that day would be able to assist us in the actual purchase. Less than a week (and one furniture removal later) we came back to make the purchase and Suzie greeted us. We explained our last visit and gave her the paperwork Tom had printed out for us. She spent the next almost hour confirming the pieces were in stock and coordinating the purchase and delivery (even though she was just about to leave for the day) on a day that worked for us. I cannot express how happy we were with both Tom and Suzie. The delivery day was also wonderful. The delivery guys were quick, laid out blankets to not scratch our floors, and even helped remove and replace our front door when we realized it was in the way of getting in the couches. We all had a minor panic first but laughed it off when it slid right through without the door in the way. We will certainly be back and couldn't be more pleased with our new living room set. 10/10.

Debi at Suburban Furniture was wonderful to work with. She was extremely attentive, organized, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain the different mattresses options and price points clearly, listened carefully to my needs, and helped me find the best fit without making me feel pressured. She was also very friendly and professional, and I truly appreciate how thorough and accommodating she was. I highly recommend working with Debi!
