Ashley Store

Naomi Mondesir was extremely helpful and supportive. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about what Ashley's had in stock as well as options with the online warehouse. My wife and I spent a lot of time in the store today and she provided us with our space to explore, and gave us enough privacy to mull through options on our own. When we did need some help, she was approachable and easy to talk--never too far away or too busy to help. Naomi took time to bring in other colors and accessories which helped us finalize our decision with something we think we will love and enjoy for years to come. Thank you, Naomi!! --from Steve & Jennifer 😊

My first time shopping at Ashley and I was very happy everything overall. Selection was varied, help overall was very pleasant - everyone! The GM has it going right! And the holiday prices helped seal the deals. Naomi was refreshing as a salesperson and and as an individual. Smart, articulate and very aware. She wrote my first order then I came back w a second order for my kids house. All good.

Erica was wonderfu! She was so helpful without being overwhelming! She had all of the answers we needed ready for us without being the salesperson who was lurking around the corners breathing down your neck. Loved doing business with her! She really listened to our needs and responded with great suggestions! Would definitely come back for more furniture. ***** i regret to say that although our inital visit was wonderful it turned out to be a smoke screen. We are currently dealing with concealed damage that this company doesn't feel it has to stand behind and the almost $500 insurance says it doesn't cover either. So buy at your own risk. Don't trust what they say and don't bother with the insurance. Oh and customer service is a joke so good luck. There is a hole in the underside corner of my ottoman that someone could easliy just replace the top part of. But that would be expecting too much apparently and I should just deal with it.

Our salesperson Bolu was super helpful in the purchase of our sectional. He knew the fabric choices, configurations and colors readily to helpnis decide. He drew the layout for us to confirm the overall size would work in our space. We were also able to schedule delivery within a week! Excellent service.

Naomi at Ashley Furniture was absolutely amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help both me and my wife with a sofa. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish — we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Naomi!
