Stay away from this place. My wife went there to look at gas ranges. She had the exact specs from the old one. The lying salesman sold her one saying this us the upgrade for the one we had. It's gets delivered and installed and sticks out into the room beyond the counter 4 inches. Obviously not the right one and they wouldn't take it back. Never again
View on GoogleWe had a great experience with David at PC Richard & Son! He was knowledgeable, patient, and made buying our new appliances easy and stress-free. He helped us find exactly what we needed while staying within our budget. Highly recommend asking for David if you’re shopping for appliances!
View on GoogleDavid W at the Roxbury location was a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable in the products and took the time to answer all of my questions and place my order. I highly recommend him!
View on GoogleThis review is specific to the sales representative David. Today I walked into the store and the first 2 salesmen who were chatting at the door didn't welcome me (this was unimpressive). I walked further in and that's when I met David. He greated me warmly and was very patient as I asked several questions about the item I was trying to purchase. Being such a great salesman, he asked if I was also interested in buying a mattress. I was!! He spent over an hour helping me pick the perfect mattress. At the end of the night I walked out of the store having purchased 2 items I really needed. I highly recommend David. Kind, warm and professional! Great job David!!
