Suff's Furniture & Oriental Rugs Nicholasville

I walked into Suff’s because I was once again looking for a chair that was supportive and comfortable for my small frame. Mary Wilson greeted me in a warm and welcoming way and asked if I was shopping for something specific. I explained what I was looking for. Mary listened, she knew what was on the showroom floor that might suit my needs and we looked at various chairs. She understood my price point and directed me to the perfect chair for me. I actually complimented her on her outstanding customer service for a small sale. She accommodated my delayed delivery needs and she made the whole process easy. She even assisted me with choosing a carpet shade that would work well with my existing furniture and my new chair! Next level customer service!

We were so happy and impressed with the customer service of Lauren Young. She was exceptional and helped us throughout our shipping experience. She thoroughly explained the differences in the products And health test with each decision. Hundred percent recommend her to anyone looking for a mattress.

I highly recommend Suff’s furniture. We have purchased singular pieces from them over the years and they have always been so accommodating. I was surprised that when I couldn’t decide between two large area rugs they let me keep both at my house to “try them on”, decide, and then pay them for the one I kept. We recently purchased multiple custom pieces from them. They were great at communicating when they would be coming in and the delivery team is fantastic. I had a pice that came in differently from how it was ordered and they were great about resolving the problem. The customer service is outstanding!

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Suffs—they truly knocked my socks off. From the very beginning, they guided me through every step of the process, from designing the space to selecting the perfect colors and textures, all the way down to the smallest details of my office. Their selection of high-quality furniture is incredibly impressive—I never once felt the need to look anywhere else. What really sets them apart, though, is their expertise and genuine care in making sure everything comes together perfectly. Thanks to the Suffs team, what could have been an overwhelming process turned into an enjoyable and seamless experience. The final result exceeded anything I could have envisioned on my own. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal Service, fantastic selection, really nice good looking handsome furniture. A variety of price points, too. But excellent service from Olivia, she’s Sharp as a tack. That level of pro, at such a young age is very rare. They’re lucky to have her.
